Earn It!

We are working with our kids on the benefits of earning AND SAVING money. They have each picked out a toy to work towards. We give them jobs or tasks and if they complete them without complaining and in a timely manner they get the assigned dollar amount. We shade in the amount on the sheet. When they add up the money and it equals the amount they need we bring them to the store to purchase their item! (I love that we are also learning money values and counting at the same time!)
